Onion Salad
General: Serves 10.
4 big onions, cut into rings
750ml water
10ml cornflour
25ml curry powder
2ml salt
5ml dry mustard
125ml vinegar
37,5ml honey
pinch of paprika
10 bananas
Sauté onion in butter until soft, add rest of ingredients, except the bananas, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat, and leave to cool down.
Then add bananas [sliced], and mix lightly.
Serve cold.
