General: A salad with a difference! Really cool.

1 packet of green jelly

250ml sour cream

60ml lemon juice

180ml boiling water

5ml onion juice

250ml finely chopped cucumber

Dissolve jelly powder in boiling water and add juices.

Chill until it starts to thicken.

Stir in the cucumber and sour cream.

Spoon into a mould and chill.

Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
