1 packet salad greens

1 punnet strawberries, halved

sprouts

100g cheese shavings, preferably Edam

mustard and honey dressing

Dressing:

125ml olive oil

30ml balsamic vinegar

20ml melted honey

10ml grain mustard

Mix the salad green, strawberries in a salad bowl. Sprinkle the sprouts over the salad and place the cheese shavings on salad.

Serve with the honey and mustard dressing.
