Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix the marmalade, lemon juice and oil. [If marmalade tends to be to stiff, it can be warmed in a micro-oven.]
Add the garlic chives and mix well.
Place the chicken pieces in an ovenproof dish and season with salt and pepper.
Pour over the marmalade mixture, cover and bake for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked.
Open the dish for the last 15 minutes, for the chicken to brown.
Serve with a side salad.
