Marinade the raisons in the water and sherry for at least 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion. Add the curry powder, turmeric, and mustard powder gently sauté for 1 minute.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, raisons and fluids and mix well.
Cool down and add the mayonnaise and fish. Fold in the cream and serve on lettuce leaves.
Garnish with radish. |
