BASE
Combine all the ingredients and press into the bottom of a greased 20cm springform cake tin.
FILLING
Melt the chocolate and leave to cool for a few minutes. If you don't allow the chocolate to cool the mixture will curdle.
Beat in the cheese. Fold in the cream and cherries. Pour onto the base and smooth the top. Chill overnight.
TO SERVE
Run a knife around the edge of the tin to loosen the tiramisu.
Loosen the tin and take off the base and place on a serving platter.
Dust with icing sugar and cocoa.
Decorate with chocolate, holly leaves and red cherries. |
