Sift dry ingredients together and add beaten egg,
milk and oil. [Make a well in the centre to pour
in the liquid.]
Mix with a wooden spoon.
Flatten the dough on a floured surface and cut out
round shapes. Bake in a preheated oven of 220 degrees
Celsius 7 - 10 minutes.
The heat can be reduced to
200 degrees after 5 minutes, if the oven seem to
be to hot. |
