Marinate the beef in the soy sauce, black pepper,
sesame oil and corn flour. Leave for at least 2 hours.
Drain off the marinade, heat up a pan with some
oil and flash fry beef at a high heat, very quickly,
then set aside.
Heat up some oil in a pan and fry the ginger and
garlic for about 2 minutes. Add the oyster sauce
and white wine, boil for about 1 minute. Toss the
rest of the ingredients together making sure the
beef is well coated.
Serve with rice. |
